When can I expect to receive my order?
We have a processing time of 1-2 working days and a delivery time of 4-6 working days.
The expected delivery time has been exceeded, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes an order may be delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

What are the shipping costs?
We NEVER charge shipping costs, so shipping is completely free for you and a nice addition!
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Yes, you can return any order to us within 30 days without any problems.

Where can I find my track and trace code?
In your order confirmation there is a number with #PM at the top. This is your personal order number, which you can use to track your order on this page .
The track and trace code does not provide any information, how is this possible?
Make sure to enter your order number correctly, for example "#PM1793".
Track and trace information is available from the moment your package has arrived at the mail order company.
