Return and exchange policy for Pedersen Mode

This shipping policy applies to Denmark and the United Kingdom.

Thank you for choosing Pedersen Mode! We are proud to offer you high quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange a product. This policy describes the conditions under which you can make a return or exchange. We encourage you to read it carefully before making a purchase. See shipping policy here

1. Return timelines

  • You can return a product within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Returns after this time window will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for returns

    • Goods manufactured after customer's specifications or hair got a clearly personally imprint

    • Sealed goods, seam of health or hygienic causes not is suitable to return, if the seal is broken ( e.g. underwear, earrings, cosmetics etc.).

    • Digital products or downloads, where the delivery is started with customer's explicit consent.

    • Goods, there deteriorate or quickly expires ( e.g. certain food or flowers).

    • Used goods, seam not further is in original condition and packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in saleable condition may not be returned.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order number).

3. How to initiate a return

Our return procedure is simple and consists of four steps:

1. Report your return:

1.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days of receipt.

1.2 To ensure correct processing of your return, please contact our customer service via [ Contact us ] or send an email to info@pedersenmode.com Remember to provide your order number and which items you wish to return.

1.3 In order for us to register and process your return correctly, returns must be notified in advance. Returns without prior notification may be delayed or not processed correctly.

1.4 Important: Returns are at your own expense. Our return address is outside the EU, at our international warehouse in Asia. The exact address is stated on the return form, which can be downloaded above.

2. Pack the item securely:

Make sure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. If possible, use the original packaging.

- We strongly recommend that you send your return package with Track & Trace. This way, both you and we can follow the package during transport. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered to our return address.

3. Return the item:

The return shipping is at your own expense. Standard costs are approximately 199 DKK per package . If you would like a more advantageous return solution, you can contact us via email – we are happy to help you. See the relevant package provider's website for current prices and conditions.

4. Refund:

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

4. Return shipping fees

  • Customer Choice Returns : If you return a product for personal reasons (e.g. wrong choice, change of mind), you are responsible for the shipping costs.
  • Return by defective product or our error: If the product is defective, or you hair received one wrong commodity, sender we first one free compensation order. Shipping costs covered of us.
  • Note: Our return address is located outside the EU (Asia). Please note that returning to a warehouse outside the EU may result in longer delivery times and higher shipping costs.

     

5. Refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receipt and confirmation of the return using the original payment method.
  • You must provide a tracking number for the return shipment. Only after confirmation of delivery to our warehouse will we process the refund.
  • To we can treat your refund or exchange, bowl you indicate a valid tracking number before the return shipment. We treats first your request, when the delivery to our warehouse is confirmed.

6. Defective or damaged goods

If you have received a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately at info@pedersenmode.com with indication of:
    • The order number.
    • The name of the damaged item.
    • A description of the problem.
    • Clear photos of the damaged product or package.
  • Requests for defective products must be submitted within 7 days after receipt .

7. Wrong item

If you have received a different item than the one you ordered:

  • Contact us immediately by providing:
    • The order number.
    • The name of the item you did not receive.
    • The name of the item received.
    • A photo of the item received.
  • We will make sure to send you the correct item at no extra cost.

8. Replacements

  • You can replace an item with a new one (e.g. a different size or color).
  • Follow the return procedure and indicate in the email which item you want as a replacement.
  • If the new item has a different price, we will contact you to confirm any differences. Or contact us here

9. Returns due to reordering or incorrect purchase

If you have purchased the wrong product or changed your mind:

  • You are responsible for shipping costs.
  • You must provide a working tracking number. Only once delivery is confirmed will we proceed with the refund.
  • All personal data collected in connection with returns is treated confidentially and solely for the purpose of processing the return request, cf. our personal data policy.
