This shipping policy applies to Denmark and the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free to your door. There is no minimum order required.
Delivery terms.
- We mainly use DHL or PostNord as couriers to ship your orders. Your order is prepared and inspected in our warehouse before being handed over to the courier. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours so that you can follow the status of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@pedersenmode.com .
- All our products are shipped directly from our international warehouse to the customer without intermediaries. This allows us to offer competitive prices and a wide range.
- Please note that for international shipments, local import duties, VAT or customs charges may be incurred upon delivery. These charges are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient.

How long does delivery take?

Note: Like many online businesses, we may experience periods of heavy traffic which may cause delays. Please take this into account when placing your order. We will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Cancellation terms
We accept cancellation of an order within 1 hour of placing it, provided that the product has not yet been shipped or produced. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped. After 1 hour, you can no longer cancel and must follow our return procedure.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
As a special service, we are currently offering our customers free standard shipping.
In order to offer our products at the best price, we ship all our orders directly from our international suppliers in Asia. This helps us save costs and keep prices low. Please note that delivery times may be longer than with local shipping. In some cases, import duties or VAT may be charged, depending on the laws of your country. Any import costs or customs duties are fully at the customer's expense and responsibility. These costs are usually charged upon delivery of the the delivery service. via info@pedersenmode.com .
Defective product?
How unfortunate! Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged during transport. In the event of a damaged product, we will send a new copy free of charge via info@pedersenmode.com.
Lost package?
If a package has been lost or not delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with a refund or further processing.
Delays and force majeure
In the event of delays in delivery or unexpected events beyond our control (such as strikes, natural disasters or transport problems), we will do our utmost to keep you informed and deliver your order as quickly as possible. The maximum statutory delivery time is 30 days. In the event of a delay, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge and get your money back. via info@pedersenmode.com .
